Cut Painted Aluminum

Paint-Enameled Aluminum  numbers and letters are water-jet cut from flat sheets of aluminum in the various thicknesses mentioned in the table above. The resulting pieces have their faces stroke sanded and their returns bead blasted. These are then painted in Numerous Colors.

The paint for these address numbers and letters is similar in both content and application to the enamels used for painting automobiles. Custom colors and sheens for painted aluminum address letters and numbers are available on request. Call or e-mail us for prices for custom colors.

Solid aluminum alloy 5052 is used in all thicknesses for these water-jet cut, painted pieces. This alloy has a hardness rating of H32.
